Meet your chiropractor

Alex Farinola, DC

A hybrid style of treatment.
A personal approach to care.

Dr. Alex has 10 years of experience in healthcare, including six years as a licensed chiropractor. An athletic injury in eighth grade sparked his interest in active healthcare and continues to shape his approach to helping people move, recover, and return to what they love.

He combines hands-on treatment with exercise and rehabilitation, taking time to understand each patient’s symptoms, daily demands, and goals.

Dr. Alex is also a registered nurse and is currently pursuing his nurse practitioner degree. He is continuing his education to broaden his knowledge and future care options, with the goal of helping each patient in the way that best meets their needs.

Whether you run, lift, cycle, climb, teach movement, or spend your day at a desk, you can expect a personal approach built around you.

Good to know

Before your first visit.

What does “hybrid” mean?

It means combining chiropractic care, soft tissue techniques, and exercise rather than using the same treatment for everyone. Your assessment and goals help determine which approaches fit your care.

Do I have to be an athlete?

No. Care is built around your needs, whether your goal is returning to sport, staying active, or moving more comfortably in daily life.

What kinds of patients do you see?

Alex works with runners, strength athletes, cyclists, Pilates and fitness instructors, rock climbers, and people who spend much of their day at a desk. You don’t need to compete in a sport to seek care—your symptoms, daily demands, and personal goals guide your treatment plan.
